With an emphasis on healthy and delicious, we believe mealtime should be easy. At Cinch we prepare gourmet quality meals for the time-starved food lover, so all you have to do is heat, eat and love.

about us

Cinch is the creation of Fairfield resident and businessman Shawn Russell and his wife Kelly. After a successful career as a business owner, Shawn decided to follow his lifelong dream of becoming a chef and enrolled at one of the nation’s leading culinary schools, the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. Following graduation, he won a finalist spot in the Asti Spumante Brindiamo cooking competition earning a scholarship to study at the top international program, the Italian Food Style Education Culinary Institute (IFSE) in Turin, Italy. After an internship and freelance work for Every Day with Rachael Ray Magazine, Shawn is now ready to embark on his next business venture, and Cinch was born.
